Shipping policy

As for physical products, shipping rates are based on standard postage from the United Kingdom and are displayed at checkout. Note that these shipping prices vary, depending on which country you live in. All orders are processed from 0-1 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) before being dispatched. Should they take longer than this, then that could mean I am working on a number of physical orders during the same time. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Inside the U.K.

Unfortunately, I do not offer tracking for those who live in the U.K. order my products. But they are delivered first class, so they should arrive to your destination within 1-2 days after being dispatched. However, if you have not received your order, please contact me via my contacts page.

International Shipping

The countries outside the U.K. where I sell my products are: UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. They should take up to 15 days, after being dispatched. Note that this varies and delays could occur at that time, due to problems that are out of my control. Also, I do not take responsibility for delays via customs.

Digital Downloads

I do not charge shipping for digital downloads of PDF crochet patterns. Downloads of the full PDF documents are available by clicking on the download link, immediately after payment. Customers who have paid for PDF downloads will also receive an automatic email, which includes a download link.

Orders that are at a high fraud risk

If I receive an order that is at a high risk of fraud, I will be unable to accept it. Therefore, I would have no option but to cancel and refund the order, no matter what form it is in. This is due to potential chargebacks that I could receive later on.
