As for my privacy, the phone number of this business has been kept private. Therefore, customers can contact the owner, either via email, or Shopify inbox. For more information, click here.

As for customers' privacy, their email addresses and/or home addresses will be visible to the owner of the business. This happens either when customers chat via Shopify inbox, or when they purchase a product. As for crochet pattern testers, they're asked to send me their email addresses, so that I can send them a PDF file of my crochet pattern. Therefore, their email addresses are visible to me and other testers.
